In news from the government – a change up of the NTSB will be occurring shortly:
National Transportation Safety Board Chairman Deborah Hersman will depart next month from the independent federal agency she has led for nearly five years to become president of the National Safety Council, a nonprofit research and advocacy organization.
The NTSB is the controlling governmental agency in the United States that deals with various transportation topics. From airplanes to highways, the NTSB is involved with keeping transport in the US safe.
